Clean Faced Cosmetics is on Etsy and is an entirely vegan and cruelty free zero waste line of makeup. Ultra-Fine Liquid Eyeliner What about the formula, you say? I’m not crazy about the formula. It has clumps in it. I’m not sure if the clumps are fibers or just clumps, but they are a disappointment for me. You can see what I mean in the photo of the wand above. Little clumps on the wand teeth. I can work the clumps out with the wand as I apply the formula to my lashes, but still, I don’t want clumps in my mascara.
