Product Details: My Experience with Maybelline Line Stiletto Ultimate Precision Liquid Eyeliner: The product applied smoothly, was fluid enough to spread easily but not so liquid as it got everywhere. It dried reasonably quickly for me but I only used a thin coat. The colour was a deep black and dried to a semi matte finish. Just barely shiny enough to not look flat. Definitely not glossy.
